Everton is a toxic club. :manny:

Theyve had every sort of coach. Tried moneyball tried young players and tried throwing money at it and it's all failed. They need a total culture reset and stop thinking about yesterday when they were a big club and had a say in things.

I'll be honest, I wouldn't know where to start wrt how to fix Everton FC.

Liverpool have the best attack.

Man City have the best squad.

Chelsea has Tuchel and a puncher's chance. :mjcry:

The owners and fans need to accept and stop thinking they are a big club and lower expectations. Until then they will continue on with this cycle. If you look at Kendall Moyes and you can throw Martinez in there as he did get them 5th but mainly Kendall and Moyes. Everton have had success with young hungry coaches who've had the time to develop a team. Someone like Gerrard (obviously not him but he's the best example) who has an identity with how they would want to play. Low key Gooney might be the one even if it is too early in his development. Derby even with all of their problems have a clear structure to them. Before Grays worldie the other day Derby had the 4th best defensive record in the championship. 20 conceded in 20 games.
