While Ed Woodward is a bumbling idiot. This has been a Issue under Ferguson also, whether it was Edwards, Kenyon or Gill signing off on the transfers. How you think United ended up with the Glazers in the first place? It all started because Fergie wanted the club to be even more competitive in the transfer market.
