He’s been signed with RM since last year. They’re new recruitment strategy has been signing young Brazilian talent early, and then bringing them over when they turn 18.
They’ve really been beating everybody else in Europe when it comes to signing talented Brazilian kids. They snatched up Raiodrygo a few weeks ago, before he had even played a full season at Santos.

Richarlison's fee is not just for him though. Some have pointed out that Watford want a chunk of compensation from Everton over their tapping up of Silva. So, an inflated fee for Richarlison essentially makes all that paperwork go away.
