I know that the United fans will, with a little reason, crap on about the players being shyt and them not fitting 'The System!!', but at what point does a serious conversation have to start about Amorim being a terrible manager?

I'll laugh at United as much as any other human, but I'm starting to feel a bit sorry for the fans. Only a little bit sorry for them, but any form of sympathy is a new thing for me.

It's fine to crush the division and win the title in a league of Pastel de Nata farmers, but he has been an absolute nonsense in his time at United.

Surely they gotta fire him and not risk wasting a metric fukk-tonne more money on backing him?!
Would still take him over Arteta...

:unimpressed:

I said before Liverpool got him Arsenal should have headhunted Klopp, look what happened.

I think Amorin with the right team wins the league, current United form withstanding.

Meh, I take Arteta every time over him. Not even a real decision to have to make for me, but maybe I'm biased.

And there is no comparison in the hiring of Klopp & Amorim, either. Klopp would have been a great hire for any of the PL teams before he joined Liverpool - totally agree. Would have loved him at Arsenal.

This United situation is getting so bad that I'm half expecting the grief-monkeys from Anfield way to be having a vigil on United's behalf soon!!

Can not see Amorim succeeding in any way in the PL, be it United or elsewhere.

If he 100% was their guy like they claim then he played himself coming in mid season and he should have had all the leverage :manny: As stubborn and as principled as he is in his way of playing it was never gonna start working in anyway without a preseason :manny: always happy to see @Ill-Yaz and his ilk in the mud though

You're not crazy for doubting Arteta. You're crazy for saying you'd take Amorim over him. That is bonkers.
I’m not gonna judge Amorim over this short period. It’s unfair considering what he achieved back in Portugal. Some managers are just better fits for other clubs. At least give him a few seasons. :yeshrug:

Arteta strategy will be park the bus and hope for a chance.

If they play positively they will have a chance...they park the bus they are fukked.

I'm not worried about Wednesday. I'm willing to put this in writing on here knowing it will be quoted to death if it backfires :pachaha:

If there is one thing this Arsenal side can do it's be solid when that is the only goal.
Madrid's defense isn't keeping a clean sheet.

They might even win the game but I have no worries about going through.

I'm a little more circumspect without the away goal rule, but I also think that we go through.
