But they need to do more to protect the refs.

Theres abuse from grassroots to the highest division and it's stupid. I seen parents of 9 year kids cuss out 13 year old volunteer coaches. I can't imagine what they're experiencing at the highest level.

God forbid the ref is black too, we know how that would go.
