Klopp is correct about Sheffield Utd. Hope they get relegated because of their foolishness

At what point did we get to this era? I still enjoy the sport. But I enjoyed it more in the late 90s/2000s. Players felt more magical.... but I thought that was me being nostalgic

5 subs is what's best, but some teams are just trying to survive, don't play in Europe and don't compete in domestic cups, so having only 3 subs puts the other teams at a disadvantage, so it's in their best interest to do what they can do survive.

With that being said it's not the first time a manager has complained about the number of subs, maybe if Klippity complained earlier things would have been taken seriously since the media kisses his ass so much.

Its what happens when you don't play a striker. Rashford and Greenwood are playing wide with Bruno behind. Good initial possession earlier but nothing to trouble Southampton. Cavani should be on.
Eh... Liverpool plays similarly

 He turned up at his new club over weight and hasn't been properly fit since. Is that a lie?

Why you keep on ignoring the fact that I've already stated he's played too many games so far. Didn't you do GCSE PE at school. They teach you about reversibility and overload, it's part of the PROS.

Nearly 700 career games before 30. On top of the ankles injuries is extreme wear and tear. You can try and spin it as much as you like, but all of that is a factor. Him being injured regularly means he cannot train properly/freely which means his body is already under stress. The extra weight that he is struggling to get rid off also doesn't help the ankle, it's making it worst. It's basically adding more fuel to the fire. Especially when a big part of Hazards game is turning defenders quickly and pushing off on the ankles. It's all related in one way or another.

Eden Hazard - Injury history

Loads of impact injuries, very few muscular problems.

He actually had a very good injury record at Chelsea despite comping back from the summer break carrying some extra pounds.

Yeah, it's an accumulation of things...which is the point I'm making. You framed it differently in your initial post which is what I was responding to. :yeshrug:

His Chelsea career is dead, that was then, he's at Real now and the fact still remains
79 days and 12 games missed to muscular injuries since leaving. To think him being overweight/out of shape has no impact is naive. Hazard is a 29 year old with a 35-36 year old wear and tear. With that many games you have to look after himself more. Look at Gooney man was physically done by 27-28 and I might be generous with that and everyone knows he didn't take care of his body outside of football. By the time he hit his so called peak man was done.
