yes.. u register on the site. then subscribe to the event u want. they usually offer a regular stream for 5 bucks and a 720p stream for 10.

ive been using them for years but sometime last year their paypal got shut down so they switched to bitcoin but that didn't go over to well.

im sure some other folks here as well as bgol and NT can vouch for em. Hopefully they are still as good as they used to be.
