ive said this before
anytime floyd gets hits clean
people get orgasims and overreact.:mjlol:

other boxers get hit clean all the time and it isnt a big deal
with him, its always the end of the world.

he got hit with a clean shot that caught him off guard
he didnt seem hurt at all

and his chain is VERY underrated

i disagree about him not being hurt - i was looking at his legs and they looked shaky after the bell.

Pac and Thurman only. Picture if he fights those dude you mentioned. I'll give you this, the ONLY way people would support a Khan fight is if it's in the UK and Floyd aint going there. And if that happens, Khan STILL won't be a threat.

no one is going to pay to watch an unknown c list fighter in Thurman to fight Mayweather.

Showtime would veto that with the quickness.

i honestly think Pac would've got Floyd back then. The beats Pac put on Cotto and Margarito had Floyd shook af :wow:
He'll nah

Maybe now because Floyd doesn't look as accurate as he used to be

But back then:aicmon:

His reach, height, size, movement, accuracy and reflexes alone would've ate Pac alive

Bayless didn't even let them see if they could work on the inside. He broke it as soon as Floyd clinched. shyt there were times where chino was swinging with 1 hand and he broke them up.

You know why he bit that that nikka. He was covering his fukking mouth with his gloves. He does that shyt very often. This fight wasn't no masterpiece. It was terrible.

Okay, but Bayless didn't determine the outcome of the fight. It wasn't his reffing that helped Floyd win. I know why Floyd got bit but that doesnt make it right, you dont bite dudes, you know this you've dabbled in the ring. Let's touch on the fact of how Chino and his trainer had the WRONG FIGHT PLAN. No one wants to touch that, they wanna blame Bayless. Nah.

if he serious then he would come down and fight someone...not fooling anyone, GGG type of guy who would agree to that fight and then at weigh ins come in at at 165 and pay the penalty.
I see it more as a Dawson/Ward situation. Dawson was the man at his weight and went down to 168 for a big fight he deemed worthy of the risk. I bet GGG would go down to a catchweight for Cotto and/or Canelo too.

Because he's the only real threat besides Manny. Who else poses a bette threat beside those two?
I just don't get why Thurman has been given this "threat" status though? Dude has clearly been buzzed a few times and hasn't been in with anyone who could even be expected to be a test.

I, genuinely, see his career ceiling right at American Amir Khan.

For months fans talked about Porter and Thurman the same way, like they were both these 147 boogeymen. People talking about all the problems Porter would give Mayweather, until Brook made him look SUPER ordinary. And honestly? He'd do the same to Thurman, too.

Thurman has quick hands, pop, and a questionable chin. The only difference between he and Amir is he hasn't been exposed yet.

The ONLY reason is because Thurman knocks dudes out. I'm not bigging him up like that, nah, I'm just saying he has the punch to give the people what they want to see. I just want him to fight Manny, bottom line.

i'm not saying they don't, but what I'm saying is that would not have changed the fight. Mandaina would have his punches smothered and maybe might have been pot shotting Mayweather's body.

Actually it's funny because if you want more action you would want the clinch to be broken up - fighting inside doesn't mean letting fight in the clinch and when Mandaina had opportunities to fight inside or on the ropes he got schooled.
I think the ref should've definitely let them fight in the clinch

But Maidana wasn't doing shyt in the clinch anyway. His punches were too wide. He was doing his best to try and hurt Floyd with one shot instead of trying to outbox him

Don't think GGG could make 154 at 32 or whatever age he is, that's my opinon.

Even if he could if I was Floyd I wouldn't take the fight until he fought another fight at that weight. He's way bigger than Floyd naturally and if he makes 154 and comes back in the ring at 165-170 and Floyd is sitting at 148 that would be smart
