Superior conditioning truly is the great equalizer. If you can run all day and press for large portions of the match, you'll be able to overcome big talent gaps.

You still have the tactics down, of course, but if you've got that and you can run? To me, if I'm putting together a club on a lower budget to try to compete with the heavyweights, I'm looking for dudes with no ego who can run forever.
