Not even all of EU recognizes Kosovo, which is why it can not start the regular process to join EU, since it needs approval of every single EU country.
This has nothing to do with Russia.


Until Kosovo gets into UN, it does not have officially recognized international borders.
Only bilaterally recognized by single countries.
Until then, the officially recognized Serbian borders include Kosovo.




BTW the victim count still does not include 1600 people officially missing, out of which 1100 Albanians and 500 Serbs.





The number of victims puts into greater perspective the horrors of the other war, the one in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
