Thinking about England France game more. I think England have a more talented squad but it's not a large gap however Didier Deschamps is better at game management yet he's really handicapped with the lack of depth so I think he's going to give England some respect and sit deep look to counter, England will then have to make a choice keep possession without a lot of space to operate and be vulnerable to the counter attack or sit deep as well turn it into a chess match. Tactically this might be one of the most interesting games in the tournament and a litmus test for Southgate because he's been found out in the past against Italy and Croatia taking the lead in both games and not knowing how to the manage the game. If France get the first goal it might be over.
