I think you're missing the boat on D&S. It has some in common with Aero, Hollister & AE, but to it's core it's styled similar to RRL & Rugby. Dismissing it like it's just for the trendy teen prep crowd is missing the point of the whole brand.

Super Dry is cool. They sell it at Bloomingdales & Macy's. Not a fan of the cut of their shirts, but they've got some dope wind breaker style jackets & vests. Alotta zippers, but I'm a fan.

Buffalo, INC, PRP, Diesel, Armani are some ones I can think of. How much you tryna drop on some denim?

I heard Diesel had some good jeans. Ima look into that. 180 to 200 is the probably the most I'd pay for some jeans. I cant really fukk with Tru religion, or shyt like that. Its played out to me.

Yea I wouldn't be caught in no Tru either. Too trendy

I'd say also checkout Levi's selvedge denim. It's not the regular Levi's you buy at at a Sears or JC Penny's. The selvedge denim has been treated with chemicals longer & is generally a better quality of denim than what you would normally get. If you have a Nordstrom's or Bloomingdales near you, go there to try them on. Only high end dept stores will carry them & they'll be in your price range

There's nothing about D&S that's like Diesel :wtf:

D&S has MANY simple pieces as well as plaids & pattern shirts. Part of the reason I like D&S is because they have simple go to pieces like cardigans, denim & woven that aren't logo or design driven. They focus on the quality of the clothes

You sound like somebody who saw some D&S once, made up some shyt & made that your opinion

there plaid shorts are Diesel-ish breh. Definitely alot of Hollistor looking shyt too *shiver*

Too rough and rugged looking. Lumberjackish. I just dont like that look thats all. :shaq2:

When I wear plaid they are flannels and sport shirts. New and fresh looking. Brooks Brothers, and RL esque.

True Religion fit is terrible out side of Zach and some others. I got one pair (i was lucky they had some on Hautelook for 56 bucks) and I never looked back. Nice jeans too i'll drop a pictre.

What kinda Jeans you looking for breh, denim jackets and jeans are my specialty. :shaq: For 200 bucks I'll lace you up properly with some sales.

Diesel is good for washed denim. It's very euro so you can expect a lot of slim fits. Tepphar and Krooley fit >>>> (I hate wide leg openings) if you like that fit.

If you want dry/raw denim look into some APC's for that price range. Denham got some nice raw jawns (both raw and washed) too and so does Nudie. I havent had any raw Nudies but theyre not bad from the looks of it. Their embroidery >>>>>>>>>>>>> but the bright orange on raw indigo kinda turns me off. But get yourself a pair of Dry Black Coated nudies and you wont regret :whew:

Good looking on the advice. I'm looking for some fitted/bootcut type jeans. I'm tryna stay away from Levis though. I wore em so much, that I'm lookin for some new shyt. I did some research about japanese Raw denim, such as Naked and Famous, and I liked What I saw.

I fukk with Denim jackets too. Does Diesel make bootcut jeans?

APC...is that a brand of jeans? I never heard of that before.

Breh stop it. Again you don't know what you're talking about. Diesel's style is NOTHING like D&S. D&S is NOT logo driven & is modern American style. Diesel is more logo driven than D&S and is German styled with a Euro cut. Comparing Diesel & D&S makes no sense.

I hate Steve Madden, but I need something that's easy to wear and doesn't take up much space in a bag.

IM not really feeling Brooks Bros fall/winter lineup,i know its early so its alot more things to roll out but alot of it looks same as last season...same fair isle stuff only diff colors..tbh not alot peaking my interest so far...I hate there logo,so there branded stuff is just atrocious to me...and there rugby game has fallen off the map already...
