This game sounds too good to be true. I guess I'm just befuddled at how they got all of these fighters but EA didn't or wouldn't. This studio has some deep pockets.

My understanding is that their current plan is for some of these fighters to be DLC, and not just part of the standard roster. If that's the route they're going, they probably only needed to drop serious cash on the ones that are guaranteed to be in the game, and have some form of per purchase compensation plan with fighters planned to be DLC.

Where the real opportunity for disappointment comes in is what fighters are DLC that they haven't advertised as such (because you know that's gonna happen), and what the pricing looks like.

Last time i was so hyped for a game like this was No Mans Sky and they was lyingggg

I will say that the game no man sky is now is beyond the game that was originally promised but it was a very long road for hello games to get there.

Whenever you have some time, give it another try. I don't think I've ever seen a game go from 'worst to first' quite like this game.

No Man's Sky: 10 Ways The Game Has Changed Since It First Released

To this game. I have no idea what is the holdup. It almost seems like vaporware. The game looks functionally complete. There was support to be an early access on PC that should have hit early this year. I get covid slowing things down, however, give us a release date or window. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped something during the middle of the fury/wilder fight.
