I think they need to add a younger person on the show as well as a random analyst from time to time. The formula is so predictable now with just Stephen A and Skip.
Hell, go back to the old format where they interviewed athletes and then go to the debate table. It's The Skip Bayless show anyway so it's either his way or the highway.
