Skip was downright wrong about the championship game. First of all Clemson BEAT Bama, there is no Bama lost. They played the better game period. In fact Clemson spotted them early with those turnovers. Secondly Lane kiffin wouldn't have made a difference. In fact Sark may have called a better game against Clemson than Lane did against Washington. Bama scored 17 offensive points against Washington compared to Sarks 31 on Clemson and Sark didn't have Bo for a quarter and a half. The 1st td to OJ Howard, the 3rd and 16 that setup up that 4th and 1, the flea flicker were all brilliant play calls. At the end of the day it Bama's defense that lost it or better yet Deshaun Watson and crew won it.
Bama had 13 drives of under 2 minutes meaning the defense had to be back on the field barely resting. It piled up and clemson ended up running 30 more plays on offense against a worn down defense. Sark was trying to play tempo instead of controlling and eating the clock. I said after they got up 14-0 and got the ball back and went 5 and out that this was a turning point in the game. Clemson went down and scored and it changed the game. I know Bo got hurt but alabama is running back U, he should've been bleeding the clock more
