I bet ESPN has rules about what is ahead and behind it. I bet there's no sports channel allowed in front of ESPN by atleast 10 channels. I know on FiOS, i turn to ESPN because thats where the sports package starts, ESPN1, 2, News, ESPNU, SEC network, etc, then you get to everyone else. ESPN1 is 570 and FS1 is 583

See this is what ESPN does which is why our cable bill is so high which is also why people been gettin rid of cable altogether. ESPN has their channel on a basic subscription. The fact that FS1's channel is only available on a separate tier on a sports package is no way to compete with ESPN..

The only way to really compete with them is to get FS1 on a basic subscription so it's available to everyone that has basic cable like ESPN..

agreed but FS1 undisputed can't compete with 1st take because their market isn't the same. They can take some viewers away but it will never beat ESPN in a ratings game

People will flip the channel trust me. I have.. I don't even watch ESPN anymore really. It will be hard as hell cause they have been around longer and have that brand power but it can be done

i DVR both shows and fast forward to the topics i like. I FF every cowboy topic on undisputed i can't hear skip belly on and on about dallas. I watch undisputed more because of shannon's realness on issues that affect our community and how candid and articulate he is on them. But shannon's lebron dikk riding and skips shytty arguments on lebron vs jordan piss me off as well

ESPN doesn't dictate where other channels go, every cable/satellite company decides where channels go
