First Take needs to hire Roslyn to replace Cari ASAP. Or even better, they should keep Melanie Collins as the moderator and add a 3rd person to the panel in Roslyn. Though Stephen A and Skip probably wouldn't like that.

Naw the host just reads the cards and questions they need to keep her on as one of the talking heads.
I don't think Stephen A and Skip would like them adding a FULL TIME 3RD PANELIST. I think they would be fine with her as a moderator. They need to change it up. Adding Roslyn as a 3rd panelist would be perfect. And keeping Melanie Collins as moderator.
