I loved what SAS, said about MLK and Malcolm X.
SAS stepped up bigtime pointing out the hypocrisy of white America today.

it's moments like this why i dont agree with calling him a c00n..then it's times like when he talks about the trayvon martin case, and i see why people do...all i've learned is that he's said fukk the tightrope, he's just gonna walk on whatever side benefits him that day...he's wearing the hell outta those masks...

Sas doest mind talking race when it comes to baseball becasue hes not a fan of the sport and doesnt mind getting on the bad side of the powers that be but hes whiffed at times when it comes to race involving nfl and the nba because he doesnt want to upset the people there he wants access to

I don't know what this oppressive system SAS was implying about. The minors league is for prospects to develop into major league talent. You can't bring in an 18 year old kid toThe Majors straight out of highschool, and college baseball is no where near minor league play.
Big ups to Stephen A for what he said today. He does play both sides of the fence at times but I agree with what he said in regards to African Americans not being able to voice or bring up what happened in the past without being looked at as "living in the past" or being racist themselves.

he's not talking oppressive to blacks in THAT part of the statement
it oppresses your money making ability... when kids are 18-19-20-21 making 15 million guaranteed in other sports... MLB is the only one where you get drafted, then could possibly sit in the minors for your entire career, getting paid shyt. even if you are great. you not getting that big contract until mid to late 20s
broke dudes from the hood don't want to hear that shyt. and they can't survive and support entire families (mom, dad, kids, wife, brothers) based on triple a salary. so in a way, the poor class of any color isn't trying to wait on that when they can go hit a jumper with no problems and come up fast
