yeah, I was wondering if anyone would up this thread. I was half-way asleep with the TV on and just heard this annoying whining voice making bad points.
In my half-sleep mind I was thinking like Richard Pryor, "What is she talkin about? I wish she'd just shut up" (that's the clean version of course)

If he's innocent, why should it follow him at all win or lose? If he's innocent, then there is no "victim". It's like she's suggesting that if he's cleared, then "he got away with it". The kid hasn't even been charged. Anybody can accuse you of anything, literally. If it's investigated, and NOT EVEN BROUGHT TO TRIAL, then he should go on and it should be forgotten about. Her stance is always so blindly in favor of anything female related that she's an awful add to conversations like this.
