Exactly, but that's one of their best tactics, placing blame on the very people they have oppressed, raped and murdered for centuries. Now, its the "I hear Black people say it all the time." Which begs the question, how many Black people do you associate with on a daily basis and do you ever tell them that they shouldn't use that word? I guarantee you they aren't around that many Black people and I know they aren't checking anybody who says the word.
