First Take is the worst show ever, during basketball season literally ALL they talk about is lebron and the heats, no wonder why they had to take two weeks off to recoup after the season ended this year and then they come back and talk about basketball players tweets about the trayvon martin case like that has anything to do with sports, first take is a joke.

its pretty much been proven that the masses will ride with the shows that beat you over the head with the same topics over & over.

just look at this board. half of the topics are about the same ole recycled chit, and theyre the main threads that do huge numbers. everything else usually caps off at 1 to 5 pages max.

but I do think that first take has more than enough dedicated viewers & definitely more than enough time to touch on more topics & teams.

honestly, I stopped watching this show like that a long time ago. theres better shows out there but they don't have the personalities & eye candy. nor do they have the huge platform.
