Why do they have no talking ass athletes on first take are they that starved for guests on Wednesday. Stephen A talking about nobody could beat MJ in a Slam Dunk contest. These nikkas Blow MJ on a daily basis now its disgusting.

its clear that this show has jumped the shark, who knew that we would miss rob parker, i miss the days of white arrogance when jay crawford and dana jacobson who be like "im not going sit here and not say anything for two hours", they ran off every basketball analyst and you cant force that much football talk in the offseason, screamin A is only good for two, maybe three days a week, and there is only so much trolling skip can do, eventually you just run out of crap to throw

Being able to articulate yourself vocally like Stephen A. can is just like being gifted athletically in a sense. You see these supreme athletes get on First Take and can barely finish a sentence coherently. Being able to talk is an art and Stephen A. mastered that shyt. Watching Antonio Brown talk made me feel uncomfortable for him. If you know you're not good at talking why go on the show? Most athletes that can't articulate themselves well like Monta Ellis avoid the microphone for the most part.

Yo seriously, why do they think baseball is so irrelevant that they'd rather recycle the same NFL and NBA topics over and over again. The only time it ever gets discussed on this show is when they talk about PED's or about how its losing popularity. Meanwhile baseball's annual revenue is approaching NFL numbers

To be fair, there's a difference between beign a good speaker, and being a good speker on TV. Some dudes just get on TV and clam up, get nervous.

And I dont think they talk baseball bc SAS & Skip dont really know anything about it.

They wont even talk tennis and Cari came from the tennis channel. Not that she may//may not know anything either, but still.

You gotta take this show with a grain of salt. Skip and SAS only cover topics that they care about, they dont really care if we like it or not. You pretty much know what topics they will rehash, its up to you to watch or not. If you dont like the show, stop watching

the problem for me is too much change. i miss the old format. mondays- jalen rose for an hour. tuesdays- you might have bomani jones. wed- steph a smith. and those guys could debate for an hour over VARIOUS TOPICS. now you watch and its mangini for one segment. then lomas brown for another segment. then the special guest. its all over the place. just have skip debate one person for a full hour and discuss VARIOUS TOPICS.
