They never mentioned his record the whole debate was about race. :childplease: he got fired cause he wasnt a good coach

that wasn't what the segment was about

the segment was about him probably not going to get a 2nd chance to coach after his first stint. the totality of the segment was about black coaches typically not getting second chances, whereas guys like Gene Chizik fell on an attractive Auburn job even though he had a losing record at the school he coached prior

pay attention

I watched the segment so :stopitslime: if you follow sports you know damn well the coach is always the first to go no matter what his race is

homie just explained to you what the topic was about. it wasnt about him getting fired. it was about the fact that this is most likely it for him as a division 1 head coach and black coaches not getting second chances. cmon man. youre better than this.

off-topic but concerning what youre talking about: i just watched some of the dan patrick show, and he pointed out that all coaches taking over bad college football programs should be given a minimum of 3 years to turn the team around.

edit: and now, they just showed coach mccartney saying that embree got fired because hes black and that they didnt take this approach with him or other white colorado coaches that were in the same exact boat as embree at one point.

dumb and dumber 3

when dufus met jackass

I can't tell you how much I dislike DeSean Jackson. For a one-dimensional receiver he has a high opinion of himself. All dude can do is go long yet he's dropping footballs before he gets in to the endzone like he's some Wide Receiving gawd. Maclin may be less talented but atleast he isn't as much of a showoff

:ld: care to elaborate?

he was basically saying that the recruits and the parents need to start turning down these schools. that would get them to wake up and change their hiring practices.

basically what we've been saying on here. except we advocate HBCUs and i dont recall him mentioning that.

they also mentioned that somebody should step in, the same way they did in the NFL.

^^i was dissappointed at the fact that they didnt ask him anything about the colorado firing, seeing that hes one of the poster-boys for HBCU athletics.

yo, i was never into cari all like that but she looked str8 edible today. now im wondering what she looked like in her younger days. i mean, i dont know her age but im pretty sure shes no spring chicken.

Its amazing how different and how enjoyable this show can be when the discuss various topics and just don't stay stuck on one subject.
