Can you explain and break it down?

We (mainly my wife) find name brand clothes at secondhand stores like Plato's Closet. Sometimes they have sales of all items $1 or 90% off sales. We also find new clothes at Dillards outlet, Sierra Trading and others. We dont buy unless we know it can return at least 70% ROI. Staying on top of trends is key.

She takes pics of the clothes and lists them on Poshmark. She likes Poshmark because the seller is the only one to grant returns and if the bidder offers a price, they pay the shipping.

So I will be selling a virtual course on Amazon. First time doing so. My brother did it and made 25k over the last 3 months with no experience.

I m tired of physical products but physical products come with tax write offs which is always good
Are these just like Udemy style?
Where are these courses listed?

Getting with my bro next week and he will explain a lot more to me
I've searched around, I dont see a way to sell courses on Amazon (Udemy style). Of course you can do ebooks, etc. but thats about it.
