What i didnt realize till my rewatch today was that Black Bolt wasn't even trying to use his powers. When Reed dimed him out, and Wanda removed his mouth, he was frantic. He was making noises because he was wondering what the hell was going on and he was scared. But alas, when he makes a noise, his powers activate. And they didn't have anywhere to go but back through his skull.
