Honestly the other Cyborg was just a prop. Whedon cut all his scenes/ backstory
I mean Cyborg is usually apart of more interesting teams. The dynamics people clamor for in Justice League or Teen Titans isn’t Cyborg. Bats/Supes, WW/Supes, Robin/Kid Flash, Starfire/Robin, etc.

Something about Doom Patrol gives him an interesting angle. Him and Rita training. He and Robotman comparing mechanical advantages and disadvantages.

It’s crazy that this is probably the most interesting version of Cyborg I’ve seen.

Edit

Parody of Challengers of the unknown?

Easily. Every other iteration seems to over do it on the cybernetic side. This version eats, fukks, and desires companionship. He's not just being utilized as a walking computer hack/weapons system. At first the design and low budget as hell, but now it just adds to the charm and quirkiness of the show.

Episode ended on some interesting threads with Miranda back in charge and Niles going who knows where with Dorothy :ohhh:

Rita being read by the young actress unknowingly portraying her was :picard::mjlol:

Larry founding out he is still has the training wheels on with the negative spirit, while he could potentially master it is :ohhh:

I hope they take Larry in that direction. His always Doom and Gloom storylines be fukking up the flow and makes his character less interesting. I mean, everybody in the crew got a sad story, but his sheets be laid on extra, EXTRA thick.

Miranda sees too good to be true, so no doubt she played a part in Scarlet Harlot's disappearance :francis:

Scants feeding off of bad idea juice, have no idea how the writers come up with this stuff. Perhaps acid :skip:

Niles must have the souped up wheelchair to be able to navigate through the snow like that

I wonder if Miranda is trying to get rid of the superpowers? Kay can’t move on from Niles while they are caught up in all his weirdness.
