Wish Doom Patrol was animated and based on the current Young Animal run. Would have loved to see it in Nick Derington's art style.

Get Ellie Kemper to voice Casey Brinke.

these streaming services almost never put up everything on first launch, to see if they can get more people or incentivse others to stay later by adding new titles

i said this in the other thread.

AT&T needs to do a Warner Media Entertainment Service with different price tiers that include HBO, DC, and\or just Warner Content.

they need to start thinking like one big company instead of several small..

@MartyMcFly .. you got anything yet from the beta signup? wonder if they announce when the beta goes live at comic con and when we should start expecting emails

Nope nothing. I'm assuming they've got big plans for comic con though, so everything is on the low right now. As it should be though. They can own the news Saturday so why not take advantage of it?

just making sure .. cause my daughter's asking and i'm like nothing yet maybe comic con... because we signed up for the injustice beta codes and we weren't selected so she was getting a little nervous.

i got a feeling when they show it at ComicCon they gonna go to titans, see episode 1 , click play and its gonna start for the crowd and they gonna watch it.. and then announce the Beta will go live August 1.

and hopefully those of us in beta get special pricing

Doubt the last part lol. I was a part of the shudder beta and they didn’t do anything nice like that. What they will probably do is offer a good introductory price for the first members and lock that price in for X amount of months.

DC Universe Streaming Service Subscription Pricing Details Announced

The DC Universe is making its big promotional push during San Diego Comic-Con 2018 - and along with the release of the first Titans trailer, we also got a first look at the actual details of DC's new streaming service - including the all-important detail of how much it costs.

Here's the breakdown:
  • A year-long subscription for DC Universe will run you $74.99, plus whatever sales tax is applicable in your state.
  • If you want to take it slow, you can do a monthly subscription, it will cost you $7.99 a month.
The monthly subscription ultimately comes out to be about $95 a year - probably closer to $100 when you factor in taxes in a lot of states. It's a good play for DC/Warner Bros. either way, but the real measure will be seeing if there is enough brand power left in DC Entertainment to generate a healthy amount of annual subscriptions, up front. The next measure will be seeing what the drop-off rate is in monthly subscribers in a six month to year-long span.

You can read the full details of the DC Universe service in the press release below - let us know in the comments what you think about the pricing.
