The fact that they constantly always gotta upgrade the Cotton Bowl, just shows how huge a mistake was for the city of Dallas to turn down JerryWorld.

Was driving on DNT yesterday and they are moving a lot of dirt getting started on Universal! That northern part of Frisco when it’s all said & done is going to be poppin
Universal Kids is technically for children 3-12 or something like that. But right across the Tollway is going to be Fields West which is going to be like a Super Legacy West, 3 times the size Welcome to Fields West.North of that also there is Firefly Park on the Southwest side of 380 & DNT FireFly Park

Also, you have North Fields development directly north of PGA Frisco’s North Fields development is starting with new apartments

Not to mention The Mix project development south on DNT
From there you have the ever expanding The Star District of course

Everything around Frisco and Prosper is a traffic clusterfukk.

The traffic is pretty bad right now but by early 2025 the expansion of 380 to 6 lanes will be complete with 5 grade separations from 720 east to the DNTThere's nothing

I have family that now live in that area. Cool area but the traffic is a damn nightmare.
