They did well on that drive getting the ball out quickly but if the 1st read and the checkdown are both covered dak basically has to take a sack

2 things:

The Cardinals have been up the entire game, which means they have no incentive to pass outside of 3rd downs. No passes means no TO generated by the defense, which is how they’ve dominated.

And since the Cowboys are down and couldn’t run the ball effectively, the defense has been on the field a lot.
