A lot of fans are going to get their wish this season. So when we have a losing record by mid season, I dont want to hear the peanut gallery start crying on why we not winning this season and bytching and moaning. Cannot have it both ways. Game threads will be interesting for sure this season. If you want Dak gone better root for the team to lose and if you want dak here you better root that the team wins.

The amount of fans on twitter so devastated by this news is hilarious. There are folks depressed so badly that they will want to follow another team if Dak isn’t resigned. Dak cultists are hilarious.

I mean look at this. Absolutely embarrassing.
At this point, give him a 10-year lifetime contract that way I don't have to hear these bloggers crying like some bytches again. Sickening how half this fanbase turns into Dak's agent every few years when his contract is up. There is no convo in sports more tiring then the incessant back n forth about this clown's financial value. It has made me tune out on Dallas Cowboys related stuff.

The old Jerruh would 1000% make this happen. Johnny Football was gonna be a Cowboy until Stephen intervened

This current swaggless version of Jerruh wont do it tho :mjcry:

We won't be bad enough to get Shedeur.

And the only time this cowardly FO is trading up to get their guy is if it's a TE. That will leave at the end of his rookie deal.

The fact that the front office knows they need and want to re-sign CeeDee.
And they haven't re-signed CeeDee. And apparently multiple sauces say they aren't close.
And his price will only go up as others like JJ and Jamarr sign deals.
Which we will eventually meet and pay him, because that's what the Jones always do.
We will pay him more than we needed to because we didn't get it done sooner.

The fact that we all know and see this unfolding. Again.
This is not a serious organization.

They did not learn their lesson from years back. I fully believe this is all Stephen.

And now we have the local media tapdancing for Dak. Talking about what a poised, deserving, and righteous man he is who is being under-appreciated by the fanbase and undervalued by the front office.

These media members love deifying them some Dak. Like we should sing and dance for the guy who is embarrassing in every playoff game against a somewhat respectable team. "League leader in TDs and All Pros don't grow on trees! Good luck looking for the new guy over the next 20 years!" is the rhetoric behind why we should give Dak $50mil a year.

Thankfully we have the NHL and NBA playoffs to appreciate and take our minds off this dumpster fire.
