Putting team fandom aside and how dismayed I am with Dak’s ability as being the QB to win a chip, I can’t blame any player for trying to get every dollar that he can out of the NFL. All it take is an injury or someone supplanting you for questionable play. Seen it happened to Bledsoe and Romo. Dak had that injury in 2020 and probably is focusing on getting every penny he could get from on and off the field.

BTW, We might as well face it that Jerry is content with the team as constructed, maybe making some minor changes here and there. Jerry is not going through a rebuild at this stage in his life. Dak would have to have a major injury, horrific regular season play, or commit some type of infraction that would lead to a lengthy suspension. As long as most of the ‘fans’ are engaged and have hope, revenue continues to soar, and continue to be a hot button topic on Sport shows and radio. Jerry and company will stick to this course.
