Trey Lance wasn't good enough to be the 3rd QB on the bench for SF

There's a 0% chance he helps us beat SF at any point in the next 3 years

If McCarthy can't call plays for Dak there's no way he can call plays that Trey Lance will be able to run at an NFL level

You're not wrong but understand that SF knows that

They're selling out on coverage and trusting that Greenlaw or their D line can keep Dak from doing anything

They keep all the plays in front of them and the 2 times they failed should have both been TD's. Dan hit one but threw cooks a duck

It's nigh-impossible to beat a team like this with no run game and a #1 wr in Ceedee who is getting shut down
