I'm starting to watch more Criterion films and a streaming repository would be perfect.

I think everyone should have a streaming STB or stick in 2018 but that's just me

Yup. Gotta pay for the inspection, the appraisal, the realtor, then of course the down payment on the house. shyt ain’t no joke lol. Any money I have now is going to be dedicated to whatever I need to take care of in the house when I get there. So can’t spend money on anything frivolous right now. Only the essentials.
