There's two sides to a settlement which is why it's not an admission of innocence or guilt.Did he settle a civil suit
On one side, if he didn't do it why settle? On the other side, if he really did do it, why only take a settlement?
That's how those things work. If anything, I have more reason to side with the person who is not allowed to speak on the settlement and their side of the story is not getting out than the person who is not allowed to speak on it but somehow their narrative is leaking out. Honor the terms of your settlement, both ways.
