I cool with everything on kraig show , its like finally a real show . everybody argue their points don't gotta cater to the host . even the females , if They super feminists they know how to debate them , 5150 Corey woulda called the broad bytch and hoes all kinda shyt ruin the debate . You gotta have both sides of a discussion and that's what makes the show good. On top of cracking jokes meanwhile 5150 has turned into shock jocking.

. :salute: to kraig they clown him on 5150 but his show is pretty damn good.

A few points about Kraig's podcast Ive been meaning to speak on:

- the dynamic he has with his crew is amazing however he needs to trim some fat. DJ Sho and Doz are pretty useless and dont really bring anything unique to the convo. Having a regular team of Kraig, Brandyn, Dunc, Dwann, Charlie + whatever female guests would make for a nice tight panel.

- Sometimes to the podcast can get bogged down with everyone talking over each other and Kraig constantly has to put emphasis on eveyone giving each other a chance to speak.

- Booty Brown need to invest in more mics. Everyone should have their own damn mic :why:
nikkas be sharing mics and half their statement is said off mic. Smh.

- I really enjoy how open-minded the podcast is and for Black men to discuss unpopular opinions and topics in an open public forum.

- Kraig's closing statement 'GET IT FROM GAWD' is a GOAT tier catch phrase. I love that shyt :wow:

I appreciate when Doz, speaks on how his culture view certain situations, where he spoke about the kid's situation, before he even mentioned he was from Africa, I had picked up on that vibe, like this breh aint from the states, and he spoke about how his family viewed the police etc.

He also shared his viewpoint on how his family 'expects' the men in their family to have a plan by 25, vs when Charlie stated that most AA men don't figure it out up until their 40s late 30s.

I think that was a good balance....

I respect your opinion on those two individuals. I think as the show grows and more topics are presented, I think they may add more to the show, I think they may be trying to feel out where they belong,

To me, and this me, everybody doesn't need to say 100 words in a show or the most words

The person who was perfect for this, was TDP from the old Foxxhole and Reach Around, he didn't say much, but he added a lot...even when he was serious, he still added something...

I just think they need to find their niche within the main core.

Everything else you mentioned is spot on....

Can you drop me the link to that episode... There was an episode last week with a fat black man hating butch, and I had to quit 20min in(I don't even have the patience to listen to these bytchs repressed hatred for black men being disguised as some "intellectual" debates, I have zero patience for that bullshyt)
Another episode had this super attractive high yella skinny bytch, she added nothing of substance to the discussion, she changed the ENERGY in the room, dudes were subconsciously more guarded, being careful to not sat something that might cokkblock them later etc.

It's not blatant simpin, it's that subconscious energy change in a room full of men, where we are guarded without even being aware of it..

But I'm willing to watch any episode where they hold a woman accountable

This was a good one..., One is Charlie's daughter who spoke with some sense, you can tell she's game'd

The other chick next to her was the one where Brandon challenged her views, Charlie did to a degree too

As a South African that "have a plan by 25" mentality has played a massive part in the ongoing generational divide and trauma that exists between the younger generation and their parents and older generations.

Black people have not built a world for their kids to inherit, and turn around and tell the kids what they need to have and by what age whilst those kids are competing with whites, Indians, Asians etc who come from generational wealth or places where the wealth of their people has been aggregated accross generations.

A classic example here in South Africa, parents will send their kids to college on some "I've done my part, now get a degree and go get a job", no psycho emotional support, no mentoring, no support structure....

Just pump your kids into a white institution like the University of Cape Town and then celebrate when he goes and makes white people rich for the rest of his/her productive years.

Most African parents (and I've been told Caribbean parents, by cats my age) view their kids as burdens from their childhood.

That shyt is wack. Again I would love for someone to introduce Kraig and cats on here to the works of Dr Amos N Wilson.
I actually made the official Dr Amos Wilson thread the other day

Edit 1: BTW black American men are not the only African descent men who struggle to figure this life shyt out till their late 30s or 40s...

We try to navigate lead by whites, anti black non white and women... So we go from fighting the white man, to other races to realising that our own mothers and sisters have been conditioning us to be weak feminine "providers" "a good man " etc.

By the time all these epiphanies hit you, you're 40, 2 baby mommas, 5 failed relationships and you look back at your life going "I don't even know how I survived ALL that shyt "... I'm 29 and feel jaded as hell.

Black men need to realize we're truly alone

I saw this episode.
I think a lot of the girls maybe get the impression it's gonna a fun promotional simp energy show... So when they started debating as passionately and with no regards to her presence she didn't know what to do.

Im also sure she didn't wanna piss off her white agency or any future projects for herself. I think she was already rocking a straight lace weave, soon as I see a brown to dark skin woman with long white bytch hair I am not expecting anything remotely pro black from their mouths ... Outside of some head :yeshrug:
lmao.

would rep but can't.

Godfrey's Podcast is either the Funniest shyt you've ever heard or it's exactly you've described.. So every episode I cross my fingers it's gonna be fire, and it'll fire for 2 weeks then corny Geoff Brown levels for another 3 weeks, then back to GOAT for 3 weeks and back to goofy shyt for any terms 2.

So I definitely understand WHY Grown men our age ain't gonna rock with that ADHD erratic shyt
yall sleeping on Zo Williams...he's finally moving on his own lane....i just wish his intros weren't 20 fukking minutes :dahell:

Zo does Podcasting like he's doing Afternoon drive time radio show in the mid 90s... His whole "radio voice"... His open ended questions, his transitions etc etc just too dated/antiquated.

The whole point behind why podcasts have become so popular is coz people feel like at the very least the conversations (and sentiments expressed) are somewhat genuine... Even if you're disagree, you're disagreeing with that person's true stance.

Zo comes off like he doesn't believe anything he does, he's just good at doing "Radio".... Also he has a history of giving airhead bytchs waaaaaaay too much airtime

Actually got one after he was on Kraigs show. It works for me. It was a little more expensive than the sponges but I was running through those almost every 2-3 months. It’s made pretty solid so I’m not expecting to have to replace this unless something crazy happens to it.
