The solution to ALL of this has always been what Malcolm X and Marcus Garvey represented. NATIONHOOD, acquiring strategic land and controlling the hard infrastructure(roads, water, electricity, import/export ports, transportation etc..
This should occur in a strategically chosen African country/countries and some majority black Islands.
