On a serious note, what is your definition or general understanding of what racism/white supremacy is?

Also what does it mean to be "white"? Again according to your understanding

To me, racism is a social construct that was invented in the 1400s/1500s. Prior to that time, there was no " different races ". Part of the definition is that someone who believes that his or her " race " assuming there is more than one race, is superior to another race. Racism is also a system where a particular group exerts dominance over other groups by controlling all aspects of human interaction such as law, medicine, military, finance, media, labor, finance, romance, etc..

Dr. Anderson posits that racism is economically based. I agree with him

What does it mean to be a white and have you come accross Dr Welsing's Color Cres Theory?

I love writing, and even more so, I love writing about topics surrounding black women. Being a black woman, I can add my own insight and input to things that could be valuable for others, particularly a younger audience. But for all my writing, I have got to say, I’m a bit bored of the topics I get asked to write on. The topics are important, but by golly, it seems no one is learning from the mistakes they made, or the mistakes others made that they could have learned from to spare them some heartache, without the hassle. What am I bored of? Well, here’s a (non-comprehensive) list:



I’m bored of seeing black women acting all shocked, shocked, I say when their black love doesn’t pan out, despite the clear warning signs like the ever increasing out of wedlock birth rate, high divorce rate, and climbing STD rate in black women.

i gotta say its a case by case basis. I don't wanna hear nothing about black women from somebody married to a white woman. I couldn't see myself with a white women ,I don't want my daughter marrying or dating to tell the truth a white man. but if somebody else does thats they business.

I see both sides but a white person can't feel the way I feel no matter how down or good of a person they are. I need that in my wife. my family is a deep southern black family . while if I did marry a white women they wouldn't disown me or nothing like that but it would be uncomfortable as fukk. I have friends married to white women so I can say , you can be pro black and marry outside your race. I also know c00ns too so there's points to be made on both side Corey can't blanket everybody .

You are entitled to your opinion on who you feel should speak on certain topics. But, do you feel that someone whose lifestyle, life choices and perspective on certain topics are different than yours deserve the same entitlement?

You may not want to hear someone who IR date speak on Black topics, but have you considered that someone who IR date may not want you to speak about their non Black significant other or spouse? Same with their relationship? Do they even have a choice whether or not they have to hear your opinion or not?

I am cool with people having rules, but they gotta be fair! If someone can't speak on certain things, the the same should apply to you.

I say, if you are not open to divergent points of views or different lifestyles, then simply segregate yourself from those people and only deal with those whose beliefs, opinions, lifestyle, etc mirrors your own.

Pretty simple to me!

I have read Dr. Welsings book back in college many many moons ago!

But, I do not believe that a person who dates/marry IR automatically hates him/herself or hates his or her parents. Besides, that accusation is primarily against Black men and women. Other ethnic groups get more leeway..

Because I am about respect for the individual. Many of these people you claim to be endogamous and know the mind set of someone who is exogamous don't know what the fukk they are talking about!

I didn't say they couldn't speak on black topics just black women. what's wrong with black women and all that nah I'm not trying to hear that from them.
