Except for Zo, he's helped springboard and bring notoriety/attention/traffic to all the other co-stars on the 5150. All of them Bobby, Freez, Kraig & Nate have their own Podcast/ sketch channels up and running and they receive support from the 5150 nation. He's just not good at mentoring and building with less developed people. He even said with Black Jesus he wasn't studying his lines until the last minute. Hes always late to his own shows as well. He's not going to put in the work it takes to build up talent under him.

It's not surprising though. Hes always said he wasn't present in his kids life like that to mentor them consistently so he's def not going to be a mentor to adults.

Also it takes faith and vision in OTHER people to build a network. He sees people as they are and for their flaws.
