I can't get over this thing with Ewing where he writes stuff I would normally fukking love but instead does almost nothing for me.

Like I'm a complete sucker for that high concept science/cosmic stuff but every issue of Ultimates I just wish someone else was writing this stuff.

He been living off that Mighty Avengers fame for a minute now (and i wasn't completely enamored by it anyway) but how many issues does he need to rev the engines? I thought he said BM was gon finally cut loose? I thought MAC was gon go Batman Tower of Babel on them? I thought BM and BP were gon beef?

What, is all that being saved for the Civil War II tie-in and we'll just continue these degrasse tyson soliloquies until then?

Only stuff I'm interested in are batman, super sons and supergirl

Wonder Woman could be interesting but I would have preferred a new voice on the book not someone we've seen before

I read something recently about how most of the Marvel writers were pissed they had to tie-in to Millar's Civil War. A lot of them didn't like the concept.

The concept was handled so poorly . Ironman was the bad guy and they didn't give a reason why someone would register unless they were a hero without a identity

Yeah, the story was basically a way to play into the political debate surrounding the Patriot Act and the balance between security and liberty, except instead of telling a balanced story Millar let his personal views take over made everyone on the other side look evil as fukk. The Negative Zone prison, cloning Thor, the shyt he had Tony and Reed pull was absolute bullshyt.

DC needs to stop rebooting their entire shyt every three months. A lot of these books actually look good but I just don't feel like investing in any DC comics right now because there's a 50/50 chance they're gonna be ended and rebooted within six months.

This isn't a reboot though...its basically the same thing Marvel did with their "Marvel Now!" rebranding back in 2013-2014 or what they are doing now the "All New, All Different" branding.
