Dead no more

Marvel gonna revive someone

Someone -- or something? -- is "Dead No More" at Marvel, according to a new teaser released by the publisher.

Of course, there's no indication on what exactly this teaser is referring to -- it's a teaser and thus deliberately vague-- but the highest-profile current dead character at Marvel is Wolverine, who passed away in the aptly named 2014 miniseries "Death of Wolverine." Whether or not there's any connection to that and this remains to be seen. Marvel declined comment on the teaser when reached by CBR News.

Some other noteworthy currently deceased characters at Marvel for your speculation pleasure: Professor X, Namor (who just died recently in the pages of "Squadron Supreme"), Gwen Stacy (the original, not Spider-Gwen), Jean Grey (the original, not the time-traveled teenage version), Captain Marvel (Mar-Vell edition), Nova (Richard Rider), Uatu the Watcher and, of course, Uncle Ben.

The "Dead No More" teaser comes just two days after news that a high-profile Marvel hero will be dying in "Civil War II," the 2016 event by Brian Michael Bendis and David Marquez.

Keep reading CBR for the latest on this teaser as it develops.

3 of the only people the masses would give a sh!t about are X-men and given Marvel's recent approach to characters they don't have the licenses to....
Good money's on Wolverine though. Even outside of movies I imagine he generated a good amount of revenue for the Mouse.

I think I'm done with the Ultimates. I really wanted to like the minoriteam, but it's just been kinda boring to me. I might give it another 2 issues for I call it quits.

I'm warming up to invincible Iron-Man. The last issue was pretty entertaining.
Ewing's science talk is just boring to me like in New Avengers I was so into BP, Reed and Tony talking about science shyt but with this its just meh.

I was quite surprised by Ultimate Reed's betrayal. I thought his being a dikk days were over after the events of Cataclysm.

Not really surprising if you had read New Avengers where he is the main villain that the team is fighting against. Sorta why it would have been a better idea to get Secret Wars finished before the new books spun out of its aftermath were released.

I read all the trades of Deadly Class so far, I can't believe Remender had it in him to write something this dope.

His other Image stuff didn't wow me and his Marvel shyt was hit or miss

I think he was working on too many books at once. When he was doing only a few Marvel books and/or Image books he was dropping fire.

Fear Agent on the low is one of the best series I've ever read. Plus his X-Force and original Uncanny Avengers runs were:banderas:

I still think he is doing too many books with Low, Tokyo Ghost, black science and Deadly Class. However of the 4 Deadly class has been the best one by far. Probably because its the most grounded in reality scenario of the 4 so he can focus on building characters more which is a strength his.
