It officially sounds like the X-Men will indeed become part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

After months of speculation what role Marvel’s Merry Mutants would play in the MCU after plans of their acquisition by Disney went public late last year, Disney CEO Bob Iger has confirmed the X-Men will fall directly under the supervision of Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige.

I liked his Swamp Thing for the New 52.
I think his run was from issue #20 to #40.

I really don't want a Giffen/DeMatteis vibe because that tended to go too far into buffoonery with the characters. Geoff Johns had a nice grasp on Booster when he wrote his solo book. So if King can get his Booster closer to that I'd be happy.
He did allude to big plans for the character back in May:
