What airlines offer refunds?
I would wager that most major airlines offer refunds. You just need to pay for your ticket at a higher price category. That's basically so they can cover the loss of the seat in case there's a last minute cancellation.

Was in Paris for almost two weeks before the coronavirus hysteria. First time exploring the city as an adult and I was reasonably satisfied. :ld:

Was supposed to be in Medellin on Wednesday but Colombian government said nahhh...tall American nighas ain't allowed here.

I hold a Brazilian visa so me and some folks might go there instead Thursday. I'm off till the 2nd week of April and I'd be damned if I'm spending it at home playing Call of Duty

Coronavirus fukking up all our plans. I was suppose to hit up Cartagena June 2nd. Not sure how long this ban will last.

Hope everyone learned a lesson to not put anything off

my dad never travels but retired recently and said this was the year he’s finally going to see the world and now look

I’m so thankful I was able to go to ten countries last year because it looks like I won’t be going anywhere this year

Terrible experience dealing with Expedia getting flight and hotels in Spain cancelled.

Had been trying to get through to their call center for days with no luck. Hours on hold with the call dropping after an hour or so. No call backs. Chat feature not working. No response via email.

They finally called me yesterday on the day our flight was to depart to confirm cancellation. Spain had issued a shut down, so all inbound flights were cancelled. This constituted a full refund policy, no questions asked :blessed:

Finally got a response today regarding Hotel cancellation as well.

Just have to wait up to 8 weeks for the funds to get deposited back onto my card :francis:

Just glad to be done with all this.

At one point I was even trying to call my credit card to file a trip cancellation claim, but then those motherfukkers weren't answering.

Washington(CNN)The US State Department on Thursday warned American citizens not to travel abroad due to the coronavirus pandemic, issuing the highest possible level of travel advisory.

The Level 4: Do Not Travel advisory "advises U.S. citizens to avoid all international travel due to the global impact of COVID-19.

The State Department urged Americans "in countries where commercial departure options remain available" to "arrange for immediate return to the United States, unless they are prepared to remain abroad for an indefinite period."

I would've booked a couple flights already if we weren't in this pandemic. my bank account must be thinking :whew:

Bad thing about visiting Egypt is that the historic sights in your future destinations will pale in comparison
