It’s really dope so far, Flanagawd hasn’t disappointed me yet. If folks are in need of that atmospheric, slow burn horror with fleshed out characters then this will scratch their itch.

I usually don’t mess with horror tv shows, but I’ll give the first episode a shot when I finish It

Between my in laws being in town and having showings for my house last weekend, I haven’t had a day to just chill at home in like a week. I’m very excited to sit on my couch and watch horror movies all weekend.

I saw it about a month or so ago:

Watched this movie yesterday called Blood Conscious.
It has a majority black cast and the premise was really good but it suffered a bit because of the low budget. This is another one of those movies I would love to see remade with a budget, better actors and a director with skills.

It was OK for being such a low budget flick made by and starring people who weren't very experienced.
But like I said in my post right after I watched it, the concept is really interesting and I would love to see it remade with a bigger budget and more experienced director.

I’m starting the first episode, for some reason I’m feeling like it’s more Stephen King than a Flanagan entry- maybe it’s the town setting and dark impending moody atmospheric tension, like you said. We shall see how this goes. But I also see “the dr sleep” overtones in this from the main character who was released from prison.
