I'm cuttin off one of my FFLs.

Last week I stopped in my guy was like "check this out!" I told him it's cool but I'm looking for something similar, he says well buy it and have it sent here, you get to try it, I get to try it, worst case scenario you send it back, maybe you like mine better. After 20 mins I'm like aight.

It got here Monday, I got it, we check it out, I don't like it.

I contact the company there in the store. 5 mins later they send me an rma. We print it out at the store and tape it to the package. That was Monday.

I checked the tracking to see if they got it, still hasn't been sent. These mfs have packages dropped off everyday by FedEx. This is a small but legit shop. Co owner (guy I work with is a breh). Tell me why my shyt hasn't been sent back.

Ima call him in a few hours, I thought about texting his personal cell, but I don't want to mix business formalities with personal. Especially since there's money involved and nfa/federal forms and shyt involved.

I think a better narrative is don't sell drugs out of your house. Regular degular people are not getting their doors kicked randomly. There's no group of nikkas with hoodies and ski masks walking down the street like "ay dog, let's get this one homie" and just kicking random doors. That being said, if you do, you should definitely have guns.

The investigation is going to go as far as the police will take it. You cannot operate gun and be drunk or be under the influence of marijuana, but if you do smoke some weed and take some shots and someone crawls through your daughters window and you manage to shoot and kill them, will the district attorney or county prosecutor go after you? It depends....

The guy that just shot 15 people in Maine was verified crazy....why wasn't law enforcement able to come get whatever guns he had access to?

It's a tough situation. I wholeheartedly agree with you with the right to self defense. Regardless of the situation or circumstance, everyone should be able to defend themselves within their means. I know some states allow you to drink and conceal, but don't allow you to be legally drunk, and being drunk at home isn't a crime. But when a firearm comes into play....If you're drunk and you have your gun and your kids are running around the living room and cps or the police come...you're probably going to need a lawyer. But if your single, drunk, or even high on marijuana and someone breaks in....There's state charges (where most shootings go), then federal---you hit someone with a glock switch or a stolen firearm, the shyts going federal, then there's also civil. You might get off on one, but get cooked on another.
