I've been going to the gun range every week and now my left trigger finger is sore on the second knuckle and on my right finger I chant bend it on the second knuckle. Has this happen to any of you guys?

You should be shooting with your tip of your finger, not the tippy tip, but not with your entire finger wrapped around the trigger like in the movies.

Something like this

That’s what I have been instructed to do and I noticed a difference but now I can shoot with my right hand as I can’t put any pressure on the trigger with the end of my finger. Maybe I damage a ligament or something
