Yeah, Alec Baldwin is not thinking about a gun being loaded or not. There should never even be live ammo on set. Ridiculous.
I had never heard the story of Brandon Lee. I just thought it was the same as this cuz someone loaded a live round in the gun. Listening to this is why a good armorer on set is needed. No nepotism

That's not how tv and movies are made. And they've been recording actors shooting guns at other actors and props since moving pictures were invented.

Nobody intended to harm anyone and it was the responsibility of the props person, just as it is the responsibility of the props person to make sure Jason Statham isn't being thrown through a real glass window or punching through a real glass window because obviously real glass will cut him, be lodged in his skin, could sever an artery.

Im assuming he got a producer credit for this movie, if so, thats the only reason he's liable. Cuz that armorer was a fukkin inexperienced moron. They literally could have just got a random person in New Mexico to do a better job than that dumb bish.

This guy broke the law by having a gun when he was underage. Crossed state lines with zero invitation from local authorities. If a n1gga is just walkin down the street with an AR, he's going to get attention from cops. I don't know if u can call it murder what he did, but he definitely broke the law and the person that actually purchased the gun for him needs to go to jail too.

Sort of similar to your point about Baldwin being civilly liable, i think the victims best bet is to sue Rittenhouse for damages. He not getting convicted for anything criminally. Best chance they had was the underage in possession of a gun and they already dropped that charge.
i think at the very least, black armed groups need to be present at the large black protest. Their presence alone will make a strong statement and give these armed white boys something to think about.
