Doubt a guy with that much experience wouldn't want to be able to fill out his own staff but we shall see. I would like to see Deion do what Harbaugh did by going younger ala MacDonald and then Minter, both guys who had NFL experience. Both were recommended by John but Deion got enough NFL connects and relationships to find something similar.

Prime should bring in Charlie Strong jr. as a coordinator (at least see if he’s interested). He’s being let go as a defensive analyst with Bama. He’s been coaching at college level for quite some time. He’s been a HC, Coordinator and a Co-coordinator and probably won’t be looking to bring a staff.
