Just going to put these in order to break down what's happening for some of slow nikkas:
Then
CU is one of the programs that actually understand the new NIL landscape and how to actually leverage the new rules to elevate the "Image and Likeness" of their players. All of that fantasy magical duck tales of relying on the "bagman" shyt is highcappin.. as we've seen these kids come out and talk about how they never actually got paid from this school or that school like they were promised.
The real way to elevate your earning potential in modern CFB is to first and foremost enhance your
BRAND. And investing in that has been a critical part of Deions/CU appeal. They talk about how they've been purposely tracking quantifiable data on how CU'S popularity has driven dollars to the local businesses in boulder and nationally to the brand of the university and you can sell that to HS kids who are looking to get paid for themselves.
The TV network relationships got Jordan Seaton announcing his descion on multiple platforms on national TV. The sponsorships got his players being featured in National ads, the TV Show got his team being introduced to a whole new audience and corporations pay attention to that as they see a bunch of new influencers when they see all of this notoriety happening. Those engagements raise your profile to people who would have never known who you were until the NFL especially guys like offensive linemen for example. No way CU should be in a race for these kinds of commits against actual elite college blue bloods like Bama and Ohio State.. But they are because these kids understand that in today's era "playing for clicks" is actually apart of the new business model.
Now the white coaches will begin trying to put their Elvis remix on it
