Yeah, Nick Williams officially at Syracuse. They’re about to be some dawgs. He probably about to get a lot of Georgia (residents) recruits

:russ:The bolded line hilarious.

I understand that all coaches have pressure to win now, but Prime's win now mentality is extreme, to the point that it may be a detriment.

Maybe his lack of patience is due to his age, or most likely maximizing his kids timeline.

Regardless, I think he's going to aggressively look to get out of Colorado after his kids leave.

Colorado does not have the name brand or resources to recruit like elite programs.

I do believe initially that he was optimistic about Colorado, but has started to realize that they don't have the resources that are sufficient to his goals.

It’s 100% because he wants to win with Shedeur but if that’s the case he should have came there knowing he needed to get line talent immediately. Should have been top priority

Lets not forget he’s still dealing with health issues involving his foot. The man was fighting to not have to amputate his entire lower leg this year so his rush to get things into place and secure not only Shadeur’s future but his own legacy isn’t just a matter of priorities its a matter of potential mortality

Nick was at A&M when Fran got hired at Georgia :jbhmm:

As I’m thinking more, this move makes no sense. Was he at aTm when Elijah started
there.

I know he got King John Edward on board. He hust crystal balled for Syracuse.

Nick and Elijah worked together on the DL at A&M. Looks like they’re trying to poach KingJoseph

So why did he go there? Better salary?

Edit: TBH I was kinda underwhelmed by him as a coach watching the Well Off vids

At this point that’s all I can think of. I know him and Elijah texas a&t connection and Fran UGA but not at the same time.

More I think about it I think Deion parted ways with him or they just mutually agreed to it. Less pressure there (no pun) and Deion can probably get a more proven guy.
