Prime taking a lot from J State. What is he even leaving them?

What is A LOT?

He took most of his coaching staff, which is common. In addition, he assisted with hand selecting the next JSU head coach, who will be able to select his guys.

As far as players, he may have taken like 5-7 JSU players that are legit P5 and encouraged the rest to stay.

Nah. He set it but he wasn’t thee foundation.

If the blueprint is already laid then the success should be continued. We saw it with

Harbaugh & Shaw at Stanford
Stoops & Riley at OU
Urban & Day at Ohio State

Brian Kelly & Freeman at ND

Etc.

lol The first three are poor examples. You used examples of coaches that left college football at that point in time.

This is a different era. If a coach is leaving a program for another institution, you best believe they are taking their best assets with them to their new program.

You should know this better than anyone, Riley took his staff and best asset with him to USC.

Do you know how many coaches/analysts/GAs are on a staff?

There’s a bunch of coaches on the JSU staff not going with him. He replaced both coordinators without a 2nd thought.

Please know what you're talking about if we are going to continue this discussion. Yes he hired a new OC & DC for Colorado, but he is still bringing his OC & DC from Jackson State into different roles.

Nygga don't even argue if you don't know this shyt. You look stupid.

nikka mad as hell :mjlol:

I didn’t say they weren’t going with him, I said he replaced them without a 2nd thought.

Im sure there is staff left over at JSU that didn’t go to Colorado that TC will plug in, move up, or wants to bring in without a 2nd thought that are his guys.

You need to go for a walk or something :russ:

His OC at JSU is too inexperienced for a P5. Don't know about Thurman. Perhaps Prime decided he wanted a different style of defense
